Ingredients

2 cups Cauliflower florets

1 cup sliced Potatoe

4 Garlic Clover

1 Chilli Green Chilli

1/2 inch ginger

Salt

Pinch turmeric

Oil
Direction

Add little oil in pan, when heated add cauliflower, potatoe and sal. Cover it and let it cook until little soft.

Grind coarse paste of Garlic, Ginger, Chilli and turmeric powder.

Add this paste to pan and let it cook until Potatoe and cauliflower is done.
Garnish with coriander and serve with Hot Chapatti!
