Hakka Noodles

Hakka Noodles is one of very most famous Indo-Chinese dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet hakka noodles boiled as per instruction ( I use Ching's Noodles, they are easily available in any indian grocery store)
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger minced
  • 3 sping onion minced
  • salt 
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup carrort sliced lengthwise - option
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper sliced - option
  • 1/2 cup cabbage sliced shredded - option
  • oil
  • few red pepper flakes (you can use chilli sauce also)
  • Vinegar - optional

Direction

  • Heat oil in wok.
  • Add minced garlic, ginger, vegtables. Saute them on high heat but still keep them crunchy.
  • Add Soy sauce & red pepper.
  • Add noodles and mix together well.

Serve Hot!!!
