Hakka Noodles is one of very most famous Indo-Chinese dish.
Ingredients
- 1 packet hakka noodles boiled as per instruction ( I use Ching's Noodles, they are easily available in any indian grocery store)
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 tbsp ginger minced
- 3 sping onion minced
- salt
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup carrort sliced lengthwise - option
- 1/2 cup bell pepper sliced - option
- 1/2 cup cabbage sliced shredded - option
- oil
- few red pepper flakes (you can use chilli sauce also)
- Vinegar - optional
Direction
- Heat oil in wok.
- Add minced garlic, ginger, vegtables. Saute them on high heat but still keep them crunchy.
- Add Soy sauce & red pepper.
- Add noodles and mix together well.
Serve Hot!!!
