How can I be so ignorant by not posting my favourite thing ever........Chai. May be because I take Chai so granted, cannot survive without it and its a important part of probably every indian.
Masala : Either you can get ready to use chai masal from any Indian
Store or you can add your own choice of Masala just like mentioned
below. My favourite is just crushed Ginger
- 2 crushed cloves
- 1 cardamom pods
- 1 cinnamon sticks, crushed
- Pinch ground black pepper
- Little crushed Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 Cup water
- 3 tablespoons Loose indian tea
- 4 tea spoon Sugar or honey
Direction
- Boil water in Deep Pan. Add your own masal or masala mentioned above or ready to use masala.
- Add tea and bring to boil. Add Milk and Sugar and boil for couple of minutes. If you like darker and stonger, boil more time.
- Strain and Server with some Cookies.....
