Green Chutney is a smooth paste of mint, coriander leaves, green chillies etc. It can go with any snack food such as spring rolls or chicken nuggets. I use it as a spread on sandwiches too & usually serve with samosa or bhajiyas. one of the favourite India Chutney. Very simple to make, healthy and Tasty!!!
Ingredients
- 2 Cup chopped mint Leaves
- 1 Cup chopped coriander leaves - optional
- 1 onion or 3 scallions chopped
- juice of 1 or 2 lemons
- 1 small spoon sugar
- 3-4 green chillies(adjust as per you spice level)
- salt
Direction
- Combine all ingredients and grind it to smooth paste in blender using minimal water.
- Refrigerate and use as required.
