Atte ka seera/wheat flour desert is very convienient sweet available in any indian household. It is everywhere starting from Temples as 'Prasāda' to delicious breakfast or as a simple sweet desert. Its quick and easy and can be used used to please any one ;)

Heat Ghee in Heavy Pan.Add flour and roast on low flame, stirring continuously for few minutes. Make sure Flour does not burn.

When the atta becomes a golden brown, add water.

Stir gently and continuously till water evaporates and the ghee separates.
- Finally add sugar and add sugar to corporate well.

Decorate with chopped nuts
Enjoy with papad!
