Paneer Masala

Ingredients

  • 15-20 Paneer/cottage cheese (can be fried too)
  • 1 cup tomatoe puree
  • 1 onion thinly chopped
  • 1 sp cumin powder
  • 1 sp coriander powder
  • 1/2 sp garam masala
  • 1/2 sp chilli powder
  • salt
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1 sp ginger garlic paste
  • 3-4 tbsp oil

Direction

  • Heat oil in frying pan. Add onion and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste to it.
  • In big bowl add salt, cumin powder,coriander powder, chilli powder  and garam masala. Add tomatoe puree to it and mix it properly. Add cup of milk to it and stir it properly.
  • Add this mixture to frying pan and stir it properly. Add rest of milk cook until oil starts to seperate. Many people add heavy creame instead of milk.
  • Add paneer and let it cook for few minutes.
  • Serve hot  with Naan or chapati.
