Ingredients: |

• 800 gms Turi (chopped)
• 2 Large onions (chopped)
• 2 Large tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 tsp Red chilli powder
• 2 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 4 Green chillies (chopped)
• 2-3 spoon oil /as needed
• Salt to taste

Heat the oil. |

Fry onions and green chillies till they turn golden brown. |

Add chopped turi, salt and turmeric powder. To make it more healthy add in 1/4 cup your favourite Lentil/daal |

Cook over low heat. |

Now mix chopped tomatoes and cook them till soft. |

Cook it in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles and if you are using daal/lentil make is 3-4 whistles. |

Now mix it well. |

Turi Bhaji is ready. |
